"Beauty and the Beast": Oil Spill Update and Info

The past weeks was incredibly interesting with BP and it's partners suffering setbacks, but also having some success.  There's still a lot of misinformation floating around and of course everyone's playing the PR game.  Here's some of the latest info.

From the real estate perspective, I was talking to an attorney on Friday who said many of the banks they've been dealing with on short sales all of a sudden are approving sales and looking to close.  Silver lining from this?  Maybe we can start closing some deals!
